Sam has been a longstanding member of Penmans since 1988, when she joined the firm as our office junior. Over the decades, she has worked across a wide range of roles, developing an in-depth understanding of how the firm operates and the people who make it what it is today.

Having quite literally grown with the firm, Sam knows Penmans inside out.
Her dedication and breadth of experience mean she is ideally placed as our Business Manager, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensures the smooth running of our systems, processes and, most importantly, takes care of our people.

She plays a central role in supporting our whole team, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that our rapidly growing firm continues to operate efficiently and effectively behind the scenes.
