Specialties: Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Rebecca Campbell is a Senior Lawyer in Penmans’ Dispute Resolution and Litigation team, bringing more than two decades of litigation experience across the UK and Australia.

Rebecca began her legal career in the United Kingdom after graduating with an Honours Law Degree from the University of the West of England in 2002. With a strong aptitude for contentious work, she went directly to the Bar, practising as a barrister before transitioning to practice as a solicitor. After more than 10 years in practice, Rebecca relocated to Australia and completed the requisite study and examinations to gain admission in New South Wales.

Over the past seven years, Rebecca has developed significant local expertise in complex commercial and civil litigation. Her experience spans a broad range of litigious matters, including corporate and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, equity claims, contract disputes, family provision and estate disputes.

Rebecca is known for combining strategic tenacity with a genuinely empathetic approach, supporting clients through some of the most challenging legal issues they face. She also has substantial experience assisting clients with all types of commercial and civil contract disputes (including debt recovery) as well as property disputes (including boundary and access issues, easement disputes, lease disputes and possession claims).

Rebecca joined Penmans as a Senior Lawyer in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in March 2025.
