Paula is one of the Central Coast’s leading property law practitioners. Since joining the firm in 2009, she has built a reputation for providing practical, strategic advice and guiding clients through complex property matters with confidence and clarity.

Property law has always been more than just a practice area for Paula—it is a genuine passion. She enjoys the challenge and variety of property transactions and development projects and takes great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals. From acquisitions and planning through to subdivisions, leasing, and sales, Paula works closely with clients to navigate each stage of the process and deliver practical, commercially focused outcomes.

In recognition of her expertise, Paula achieved Specialist Accreditation in Property Law from the Law Society of NSW in 2023. She advises a broad range of clients, including developers, businesses, investors, and individual property owners, and is known for her ability to simplify complex legal issues and provide clear, straightforward advice.

Alongside her client work, Paula is passionate about mentoring young lawyers and sharing knowledge within the profession. A strong advocate for plain-English legal drafting, she is also a specialist property law author for LexisNexis, contributing to resources used by legal professionals across Australia.

Paula is a practising Public Notary and currently serves as President of the Central Coast Regional Law Society. Her combination of technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to education has made her a respected figure within the profession and an invaluable member of the Penmans team.
