Paula’s passion for the law comes from working with her two favourite things: words and people. She considers it a privilege to work alongside generations of families that Penmans has supported for many years.

She completed the Legal Profession Admission Board Diploma in Law and joined Penmans shortly before her admission in April 2009. After practising across several areas, she found her niche in property and commercial law.

Paula has been a principal of Penmans since 2012.

She now practises exclusively in property and commercial transactions, including strata law, business law and property development. She enjoys guiding developer clients through every stage of a project, from acquisition and planning through to subdivision, leasing, or sale.

Paula is a strong advocate for clear, plain-English legal documents. In 2023, Paula achieved Law Society of NSW Specialist Accreditation in Property Law in recognition of her expertise.

She is also a specialist property law author for LexisNexis, a practising Public Notary, and the current President of the Central Coast Regional Law Society.
